  • Once the issue is reviewed and approved by our team, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement device at no additional charge.

2. Change of Mind or No Longer Want the Item

If you no longer want the item:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please provide a valid tracking number for the return.
  • Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund.
